Today, the specs and pics of a new Sony Xperia device bearing model number C670X has been leaked. The official marketing name of the smartphone isn’t known as of now.
The smartphone will sport a 4.8-inch display which is slightly smaller screen size than the Sony Xperia Z smartphone’s 5-inch display. The device will be running Google’s Android 4.2 Jelly bean mobile operating system out of the box.
It will feature a Full High Definition display with a resolution of 1080×1920, 2GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage, a 13MP Exmor RS rear-facing camera. The C670X will be packed with Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 (APQ8064T) chipset with a 1.8GHz quad-core processor and Adreno 320 graphics processing unit.
In our speculation, as other latest Xperia devices such a the Sony Xperia Z, the Xperia C670X may also be water and dust resistant. Moreover, since the newly announced my Xperia, mobile tracking service from Sony is expected to be rolled out globally in the second quarter of this year, the service is expected to be available on this new smartphone.
The smartphone will reportedly be announced in the middle of this year, hence more details regarding the official specs and pricing info will be revealed very soon.
