The Magenta carrier has announced the most affordable no annual contract Android handset for its customers. The ZTE-made T-Mobile Concord is a low-end spec’d device for tight budget goers, priced at just $99.99 and the customers aren’t required to sign any contract agreements with the carrier. The device is capable running on high-speed HSPA+ 4G network, featuring the following specifications:

# Broadcom BCM21553 single-core processor clocked at 832MHz

Walmart is currently selling the T-Mobile Concord for $99 with a Family Mobile plan. T-Mobile stores will start selling the device on August 26th for the same amount with a qualifying 4G plan.
