A major vulnerability was found on devices with Exynos 4 processors which could give full access to physical memory to malicious apps. The issue has been acknowledged by Samsung and has promised to fix it as quickly as possible.
Samsung has confirmed the existence of the Galaxy Note II Developer Edition for Verizon Wireless on its website. No word on the launh date and the price info yet.
Apart from high end mobile devices, Samsung is gearing up for many mid to low end devices next year. This includes the Samsung Galaxy Young DUOS, successor of Galaxy Y DUOS which is expected to be unveiled at MWC 2013.
