China Unicom Outs HTC Windows Phone 8X (3,999 yuan) and 8S (1,999 yuan) Handsets in China

China Unicom has released both the HTC Windows Phone 8X and 8S handsets for 3,999 yuan (approx. $640) and 1,999 yuan (approx. $320). Nokia and China Mobile are expecetd to launch the Lumia 800T on December 5th.
