Verizon bound HTC Accord aka HTC 8X or 8S handset has appeared in the wild with Verizon 4G LTE logo on the handset’s back side. Accord will ship with WP8 OS, and it also introduces a special feature called “Kids Corner.”
HTC is teasing for today’s event with a corner shot of a device it is about to announce at its New York event and a new image of the HTC Accord/8X handset has appeared online. Accord is rumored to hit Verizon with 4G LTE radio inside.
According to an image posted on Twitter, the first HTC Windows Phone 8 handset, codenamed “Accord” will be launched as HTC “8X” in the near future. The 8X sports a front facing shooter, LED notification and a dedicated camera button.
A press shot and possible specs of the HTC Accord Windows Phone 8 handset have shown up online. Accord may have 720p display, 1.5GHz dual core S4 CPU, 8MP camera, NFC, Beats Audio integration.
