LCD Screens maker ViewSonic has just announced its first Smartphone powered by Froyo, The ViewPad 4, featuring 1GHz chipset, 5MP camera with 720p video capture, additional VGA front side camera, mini-HDMI port, Wi-Fi, A-GPS, Bluetooth, 512MB RAM, 2GB memory storage and some more on the board. Viewsonic has officially announced ViewPad 7, the world’s first 7″ Android 2.2 (Froyo) OS running tablet with 3G phone functionality with it’s built in GSM/3G modem features a SIM card slot, Wi-Fi, 7-inch capacitive touchscreen LED display(800×480), 600MHz Snapdragon processor, Android 2.2 OS, 3MP rear & VGA front camera, 32GB micro SD, A-GPS, Bluetooth.
