It looks like Toshiba is gearing up to announce its 7.7-inch Android OS powered tablet and the manufacturer hasn’t yet released any press noted about its upcoming tablet. But, Toshiba’s yet-to-be-named 7.7-inch AT270 Android OS powered tablets made an appearance at the Mobile World Congress event. The 7.7-inch tablet is a smaller version of the 10.1-inch Toshiba AT200 aka Excite X10 tablet.
Toshiba’s unnamed 7.7-inch tablet is carrying a few top-notching features. It has got an NVIDIA Tegra 3 quad-core processor, running Android 4.0.3 Ice Cream Sandwich OS, sporting a 7.7-inch bright & colorful AMOLED display with 1280 X 800 pixels of resolution, a slot for microSD card slot, micro USB 2.0 port, a notable thinner profile, front and back cameras with unknown resolutions.
Toshiba is still tuning the hardware and software on this tablet and the manufacturer should announce it very soon. Like the 10-inch Toshiba Excite X10 brand name, this unnamed 7.7-inch AT270 tablet could be named as Toshiba Excite X7.
