Toshiba Regza AT300 tablet comes with Android 3.0 Honeycomb OS, running on a Nvidia Tegra 2 1GHz application processor, sporting a 10.1-inch LCD “Adaptive Display” for better contrast under sunlight with 1,280×800 pixels of resolution. It also has a 5 megapixel rear camera as well as a 2 megapixel front-facing one, 1GB RAM, 16GB internal memory, IEEE 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, full sized USB and HDMI jacks, a single mini-USB socket, and an SD card slot.
Tohiba Regza AT300 tablet comes pre-installed with “REGZA Apps Connect” function, which lets the tablet to “integrate” with other Regza devices.

Toshiba Regza AT300 will hit the Japan markets in June with a price tag of ¥60,000 (about $723). According to sources, tablet will hit the US in the first half of this year.
