HTC Trophy, the first Windows Phone 7 powered smartphone on Verizon will soon be available for purchase, if its latest appearance on BestBuy is any indication. Though it is not the first time we are seeing the rumors about the phone (earlier we saw a series of leaks: its first appearance with Verizon logo, HTC Trophy’s press shots leak and its cameo on Verizon’s website with ‘coming soon’ tag and its first appearance at BestBuy), this time you can even add the phone to your cart for $599.99 without contract, bolstering the earlier rumors that the phone will be launching on May 12 (yes, today!) or at least within a week’s time. Verizon is yet to make an official statement on the launch of the phone, though.
HTC Trophy for Verizon Wireless runs on Windows Phone 7 OS with 3.8-inch WVGA display, 1GHz single-core processor, 5MP camera with LED flash capable of recoding 720p HD video, 16GB on board memory, 576 MB of RAM and 512 MB ROM, DLNA support, Zune music, Xbox live integration, usual Windows Phone Marketplace etc.
