We have been hearing about the Verizon Wireless bound HTC Vigor for the past few months. A new leak has suggested that the phone could be launched as HTC Rezound for the Verizon. As if it isn’t enough, we now have another leak containing the working model of the phone spotted in photos almost confirming the specs that have been rumored for a while now. As you can see in the leaked screenshot of the Verizon internal system below, a new phone named HTC REZOUND bearing model number ADR6425LVW has been spotted suggesting that it could be the final launch name for the HTC Vigor.
According to the information from the phone’s “Hardware Information” in the ‘About’ section that was captured in the above picture, the phone will have a 4.3-inch 720p HD display, a 1.5GHz dual-core processor, Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread with HTC Sense 3.5 UI on top of it, 8 megapixel rear camera and a 2 megapixel front-facing camera, 1GB of internal memory, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 3.0, 4G LTE connectivity etc.
Pricing And Availability:
As there has been no word on the pricing and on when the phone might be available at the stores, we can only make wild guesses at this point of time. We’re guessing that this phone would be priced somewhere around $300 mark on par with what Verizon charges for other similar 4G LTE devices. And it is quite a possibility that the phone could be launched as early as by the end of October. Stay tuned for more official information on the HTC Rezound / Vigor.
