HTC France has announced via a recent tweet that it will launch the HTC EVO 3D handset in Europe. We’ve seen the announcement of the HTC EVO 3D phone for Sprint carrier at last week’s CTIA event and it will pack the CDMA and WiMAX connectivity capabilities.
Previously, HTC pulls down the product page of the HTC EVO 3D with GSM capabilities from its official website. It should be noted that the retailer MobileCity also cancelled the pre-order availability of the HTC EVO 3D unlocked device with a price tag of $699.99. Now the tweet from HTC France is suggesting that GSM flavored HTC EVO 3D handset is as real as it can be.
HTC EVO 3D runs with Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS, skinned with the latest HTC Sense UI on a 1.2GHz chipset, 4.3″ qHD 960 x 450 Auto stereoscopic 3D display, 5 MP rear-facing and 1.3 MP front-facing cameras, 1080p video recording in 2D and 720p in 3D, Android Market and a whole host of Google and Sprint services.

Here the tweet from HTC France:
“You want an HTC EVO 3D for France? So do we! It’ll keep the same name, too. Release date has yet to be confirmed.”
