The Samsung-made Sidekick 4G handset has been officially unveiled by T-Mobile in last month and it will cost you $99.99 on a 2-year contract with the carrier after a $50 mail-in-rebate, but we still don’t have the official update regarding the release date. RadioShack retailer has just tweeted that the Android powered T-Mobile Sidekick 4G phone will reach the Shack on April 20th.
T-Mobile Sidekick 4G is a QWERTY-slider Android 2.2 Froyo powered smartphone, capable of outputting theoretical download speeds of 21Mbps, runs with 1GHz Hummingbird chipset, 3.5″ touch display, front-facing VGA camera, Qik video chat, Group Text, Cloud Text, Android Market, Slacker Radio, Drive Smart, Samsung Media Hub and more.
