Well, it’s look like the manufacturer is bringing a new edition of the Samsung Galaxy S III to Japan. The international version of the Galaxy S III has been confirmed to launch with 1GB RAM under the hood. But, we just heard that an extra gig of RAM for Galaxy S III handsets is going to be exclusive to Japan.
