A new roadmap leak seems to hint dates on which the new Samsung Galaxy S III, Samsung Galaxy Note and Huawei-made myTouch Android phones will land on T-Mobile network in the U.S. The folks over at TmoNews website have gotten hold of a T-Mobile roadmap that covers the release dates for various devices and if it is to be believed, Samsung Galaxy S III may be headed its way soon to the T-Mobile. Until now, neither the manufacturer nor the T-Mobile indicated exact release dates for both the Samsung Galaxy S III and Galaxy Note phablet devices. A few days ago, Bluetooth SIG confirmed the BT 4.0 compatibility for the T-Mobile GSIII and we already spotted it making the rounds at FCC labs.
According to the leak, Samsung Galaxy S III 16GB metallic blue variant will be available to purchase on June 20th, while the 16GB ceramic white GSIII hits the T-Mobile stores on July 11th. You will see the 32GB metallic blue edition on June 20th. T-Mobile is also prepping to release the Samsung Galaxy Note and both the T-Mobile myTouch (Huawei Phoenix and Huawei Buddy) handsets on July 11th. This must be the great news for U.S. users. Last year the U.S. got the Galaxy S III variants 6 months after the international market. Samsung shouldn’t repeat the same thing. We’ve been hearing rumors that T-Mobile will get the Galaxy Note in the near future and a hacker already managed to run the AT&T branded Galaxy Note on T-Mobile network.
The source couldn’t reveal the price of the T-Mobile branded Galaxy S III variants. 4.8-inch Super HD AMOLED display, Samsung-made Exynos quad-core processor, 8MP rear camera, 1GB RAM, Android 4.0 ICS OS are the features of the Samsung Galaxy S III, which was announced at Samsung event earlier this month. T-Mobile GSIII variant (HSP+ 4G) should ship with quad-core processor, as the other carrier in the U.S. are expected to get dual-core Galaxy S III devices due to the incompatibility of the quad-core processor with 4G LTE radio. Now the wait for an official announcement begins.
