Last month, the LG Intuition 4G LTE handset made an appearance in Verizon’s MAP devices’ price list document with price tag of $199.99 when you sign a new contract and a non-contract price of $599.99. Later, a couple of the leaked press shots showing this handset made by LG have also leaked out. Now, we’ve also got details regarding the launch dates of the LG Intuition handset for Verizon. The newly leaked images from carrier’s internal system shows the Big Red network will be launching the huge 5-inch screen equipped LG Intuition 4G LTE on September 6th through its online stores, while the handsets will start hitting the retail stores on September 10th.
If you need some refreshment about this device, the LG Optimus Vu will change to the LG Intuition 4G LTE when the Big Red network unveils in the near future.
The leaked images also revealed the specs of the LG Intuition handset: a 5 inch XGA IPS screen with resolution of 768 x 1024 and 256ppi. as well as 4:3 aspect ratio. 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8660 dual-core processor with 1GB RAM powers the device. Other features are including 8MP camera on the back side to record 1080p HD videos, 32GB onboard storage, 2800mAh battery to power the device and Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich OS will be running the entire show under the hood.
Since Verizon has passed over the original Samsung Galaxy Note, the carrier must be banking on the LG Intuition phablet device. Of course, the carrier is also prepping to announce the 5-inch HTC Android phone with 1080p display. No word on whether the carrier is considering to launch the newly launched Samsung Galaxy Note II device for its customers.
