Over the last few weeks, rumors have been circling around the upcoming operating system, BB10 and smartphones of RIM. Now a latest screenshot posted on a website “bbin” shows that the upcoming BlackBerry Z10 will have 2GB of RAM, more specs such as dual HD camera etc. have also been revealed.

A week ago, it was claimed that the official name of the first BlackBerry smartphone, the L-Series will likely be called as the BlackBerry Z10 and another N-Series Blackberry smartphone as the Blackberry X10.

Even though we don’t have official information about the specifications of the BlackBerry Z10 smartphone, the source has reported that the smartphone is expected to come with a 4.2-inch display, 1080p video recording, an 8 MP camera on the rear side and 2MP on the front side, micro SD slot, 1800mAh removable battery, NFC and more.

It has been reported that the mobile manufacturer will introduce the device in Black and White color. Earlier this month, RIM sent out media invitations for a special event to be held in New York on January 30 where it will officially announce its BlackBerry 10 smartphones including the BlackBerry Z10.

We are hoping that we will get more information about the RIM’s smartphone and its upcoming operating system BB10 as the announcement date is becoming nearer..
