Motorola Droid X2 (that’s X-squared) is definitely on its way to Verizon Wireless for an in-store launch on May 26, and scheduled for direct fulfilment on May 19. Just a few hours ago, user guide for Droid X2 has released out. Some guide-lines from the pdf file of this users guide is suggesting that Droid X2 will be launching with Android 2.3 Gingerbread filled on it.
It carries the same Droid X styling as last year’s model, complete with the physical buttons. Motorola Droid X2 will indeed launch with 4.3-inch qHD display of resolution 540×960, dual-core Tegra 2 1GHz processor, 8GB onboard memory, 512MB RAM, 8GB micro-SD card pre-installed giving the scope for memory expansion up to 32GB, HDMI port, 8 megapixel camera to record HD video at 720p, and a 1540mAH battery.
Connectivity-wise, it has got EV-DO Rev. A, Bluetooth 2.1+EDR, but Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n functionality, and Sensors – proximity, light, accelerometer, and e-compass.

Price
There is no official word on price info yet. It is expected to release with a price tag of $200 (or below to it) on contract.
