We knew Motorola was preparing to show off its first 4G LTE capable Motorola Droid Bionic handset in early September and there were several leaks, walkthrough videos showing the revamped design, upgraded hardware of the Motorola Droid Bionic. Finally, the Motorola Droid Bionic has made its way to Motorola’s online store giving us a clean look official renders in low-quality size and we can see that just how thick the Bionic will be. Sadly, you can’t buy it now and the page has subsequently been pulled from the stores. The "Description" and "Technical Specs" areas were also left updated. The launch date and the price info details have yet to be uncovered. Motorola Droid Bionic could be here in just a matter of days. We’ve been hearing the rumors about September 8th launch date for Droid Bionic or else it could be Sep 9th. Official Droid Bionic Twitter account has confirmed that the handset will be landing on September 8th at an unknown price point. But, we are still not sure if @DroidBionic is real or not and we’d feel better hearing from Verizon.
It has been confirmed that the Droid Bionic will be having a 4.3″ qHD screen, LTE, 1GHz dual-core processor, Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS, 8MP rear camera to shoot 1080p HD video, VGA front camera for video chatting, HDMI out, 16GB SD card pre-installed, 14GB internal storage, Swype, Motorola UI, LapDock capabilities, mobile hotspot for up to 8 devices, 4G LTE connectivity- 5 to 12 Mbps download speeds & 2 to 5 Mbps upload speeds, HDMI out, DLNA functionality and more.

A few hours ago, we reported that HTC Vigor handset with LTE capability and the mid-range LTE capable Pantech Breakout also slated to release on Verizon airwaves. Unfortunately, we still don’t know the destiny of the 4G LTE with the Samsung Galaxy S II. The manufacturer is set to release the LTE version of G S II at IFA 2011 event. Hopefully, Verizon is waiting for this variant to bring it on stateside.
