During its keynote on March 7th, last Wednesday, Apple has already announced that The New iPad (also known as iPad 3 or iPad HD) will be available to purchase from March 16th. Today, Apple has confirmed that the brand new iPad will be available for in store purchase starting at 8:00 a.m. local time on coming Friday from Apple retail stores in the U.S. AT&T and Verizon, as well as Best Buy and Target stores will be also selling the new iPad. You can also grab the new iPad on the same day in Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Canada, France, Germany, Singapore, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands along with Switzerland and the UK.
Apple has also confirmed that The New iPad will start hitting the markets on March 23rd in Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Luxembourg, Macau, Mexico, The Netherlands, Denmark, Finland, Greece, New Zealand, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Spain, Norway, Poland, Sweden, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Iceland and Portugal.
The New iPad will be priced as follows:
The New iPad 16GB Wi-Fi only – $499.99.
The New iPad 32GB Wi-Fi only – $599.99.
The New iPad 64GB Wi-Fi only – $699.99.
The New iPad 16GB Wi-Fi + 4G – $629.99.
The New iPad 32GB Wi-Fi + 4G – $729.99.
The New iPad 64GB Wi-Fi + 4G – $829.99.
