Huawei P60 series has already started doing rounds on the internet. We recently reported about the concept based renders of the Huawei P60 Pro handset. The Huawei P60 has now popped up on Geekbench today in what is its first benchmark sighting, revealing some key details.
The Huawei P60 variant bears model number MNA-AL00 and packs 8GB of RAM. It achieved a single-core score of 550 and a multi-score of 2,695 points on the benchmark. The device comes with the codename “Mona”, tells us that it is running an 8-core 2.4GHz processor and 8GB of RAM. The listing also confirms that the tablet will ship with Android 13 OS, which will be customized with HarmonyOS 3.1 out of the box.
The Geekbench listing confirmed that the testing unit was using Adreno 642L GPU, which is used in Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G chipset. Previous reports also suggested that the Huawei P60 is expected to utilize the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset onboard.
The Huawei P60 has popped up on Geekbench yesterday in what is its first benchmark sighting, hinting us that it might be powered by Snapdragon 778. Earlier last month, we got to see the Huawei P60 series visited China’s Telecommunication Equipment’s Network Access Management (TENAA) with models MNA-AL00 and LNA-AL00, receiving permission to connect to the network using telecom equipment. It was rumored that these two model numbers could be indicating us that Huawei might be planing to launch both the standard P60 and the Pro versions.
As per the previous leaks, the Huawei P60 will arrive with a brand-new imaging system, XMAGE. The primary camera will use an IMX789 sensor, while the another camera module will have an IMX888 sensor. The Huawei P60 series will be launched in March.
