Speculations are circulating that the Chinese manufacturer’s highly anticipated Xiaomi 13 Ultra smartphone and the upcoming Pad 6 series of tablets are set to launch on April 18 in China. Today, a new leak surfaced on Weibo showcasing various models of the 13 Ultra along with their respective price tags.
Although the name of the device is not explicitly stated, the leak uses the shortened codename “M1,” which has been mentioned in previous leaks. According to the leaked image, the Xiaomi 13 Ultra will be available in three different configurations, each with varying amounts of RAM and storage. These include an 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage model, a 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage model, and a 12 GB RAM + 512 GB storage model. The accompanying prices for these models are listed as 6,299 Yuan, 6,799 Yuan, and 7,499 Yuan, respectively.

Based on the recent price leak, it is speculated that the 16GB+1TB variant could cost around 7,999 Yuan (~$1,163). In addition to its impressive storage and RAM capabilities, the Xiaomi 13 Ultra is expected to sport a stunning 6.7-inch E6 AMOLED LTPO Quad HD+ display with a speedy 120Hz refresh rate. The device will also have an under-display fingerprint scanner for added security and will run on the latest Android 13 operating system, featuring the MIUI 14 skin on top.
Inside, Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset will be ticking inside along with LPDDR5x RAM, UFS 4.0 storage, and a 4,900mAh battery. It is also expected to support 90W wired charging and 50W wireless charging.
