Earlier this year, Oppo released the Find X6 Pro, which is currently available only in China. However, interested buyers can easily purchase the device through third-party retailers. Those who have done so have cause for celebration.
Similar to other high-end smartphones released in 2022, the Oppo Find X6 Pro boasts a powerful 50MP main camera that incorporates a 1-inch Sony sensor. While the device already takes incredible photos, Oppo intends to improve the camera’s capabilities even more.
Late last month, the company upgraded the handsets’ camera system with significant optimizations through an update. To enhance the user experience more, Oppo has begun rolling out another significant software update for the Find X6 Pro. The update includes camera enhancements that improve the already impressive 50MP primary camera with a 1″ Sony sensor. Additionally, the update also addresses communication issues and installs the latest May security patch for improved device security.
In addition to improving the user experience for Multi-Screen Connect, Screencast, and some third-party apps, the latest update also brings notable camera enhancements. Among them, it improves the quality of photos taken with the telephoto camera and enhances the skin tone in portrait photos.
In addition, the update includes a 2x zoom feature for the rear camera in Portrait mode and various shooting modes, such as Photo, Video, Time-lapse, and Text Scanner. Nighttime photo mode quality has also been improved, and power consumption when capturing videos has been reduced. Oppo has also added Hasselblad’s signature orange shutter button for an even more user-friendly shooting experience. The update also enhances video image quality taken at a high zoom ratio in Video mode and improves camera stability overall.
The outlet has shared screenshots of the changelog, which includes a list of other modifications that can be reviewed.
In addition to the camera enhancements, the new update also includes improvements to connectivity stability, expanding the compatibility of NFC, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and mobile networks. The update is expected to provide a smoother and more stable user experience overall.
