Acer W4 Allegro would be the first Windows Phone from the manufacturer and we first saw the W4 at Computex 2011 event in May. Acer has now finally launched the W4 Allegro Windows Phone.
Acer Allegro runs Windows Phone 7.5 Mango OS, offering a 1GHz single-core chipset, sporting a 3.6-inch LCD touchscreen display with 800×480 pixels of resolution, a 5 MP autofocus camera with LED flash, 8 GB of built-in storage, Wi-Fi b/g/n, Bluetooth, GPS, a 1,300mAh battery to provide 6 hours talk time, accelerometer, proximity sensor and light sensor. All the mentioned specs will refer this handset as a low-range spec’d Windows Phone, but it can still make good use of some big features of the pretty decent Windows Phone Mango OS.
