You can install iOS 5 beta 5 using over the air software update. In order to do so you must first erase all content and settings on your device by choosing Settings –> General –> Reset –> Erase All Content and Settings. Remember that, Apple does not recommend to back up your device before proceeding to download this new build. You can then update OTA on any device running iOS 5 beta 3 and newer by forcing Settings –> General –> Software Update.

Note that if you are performing a OTA software update from iOS 5 beta 5 to iOS 5 beta 6, you will have to re-sync your photos with iTunes or iCloud backup once you download the latest pre-release beta of iTunes 10.5.
