AT&T to offer Windows Phone 8 HTC 8X in 8GB and 16GB versions?

Today, it is reported that the wireless carrier AT&T will offer the HTC 8X in 8GB and 16GB versions. Technology news website Neowin reported that a tipster has told them, they got evidence of offering these two versions by AT&T carrier shortly.

The information on the 8GB version came to light in a training session. Initially we were hoping that the 8GB version was for the HTC’s mid-level Windows 8 Phone, 8S. But the carrier AT&T announced that the 8GB versions will be available in 8X only. It’s possible that AT&T will offer two storage size options for the HTC 8X. These two high storage versions can help to store our desired files, songs etc. on the phones.

Earlier this month, HTC Windows Phone 8X was undergoing some type of carrier testing on a sunny Thursday morning in San Francisco. At that time, mobile corporation compared three HTC 8Xs and an older Samsung phones in testing to grab on AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon networks. The carrier T-Mobile  started collecting names and email addresses from those interested in the device Windows 8X.

There is no information on the pricing, expected release date, and where will the versions be available. Even though there is no clear cut pricing yet, it is expected that these versions will come with a price tag to compete in the market with other rivals.
