AT&T and Samsung have announced a brand new ruggedized, mid-range spec’d Samsung Rugby Smart handset. This handset is waterproof, shockproof and extreme temperature proof, meeting the 810F standards for toughness. AT&T is gearing up to release the Samsung Rugby Smart handset on March 4th for an affordable price tag of $99.99 on a two-year subscription with the carrier.
