It seems we will see more leaks on the upcoming Blackberry Z10 and BlackBerry X10 handsets, considering the official launch is just 15 days away from now. This time, though, Blackberry Z10 is not just posing for the camera, but also demoed in a lengthy seven-and-a-half minute hands-on video , revealing the hardware and software of the handset. A German website called TelekomPresse published has published this video and the narrator speaks in German.
According to the source, the Blackberry Z10 will feature the following specifications:
# 4.2-inch 1280×768 display (All the previous leaks have mentioned about the 4.3” screen)
# 1.2GHz TI OMAP4470 dual-core processor
# 2GB RAM
# An 8-megapixel sensor on back side accompanied by a LED flash
# 16GB on-board storage
# Weighs just 125 grams
Previous leaks have also suggested that the BlackBerry Z10 will have a microSD card slot and an HDMI port, and it will reportedly fits in a 10mm thick body.
On the other side, a couple of new images of the Blackberry X10 have surfaced on Instagram. The X10 comes under the upcoming N Series smartphones, sporting a QWERTY keyboard beneath the display. The latest leak doesn’t mention any new information about the BlackBerry X10 handset,
FYI, some Canada based wireless carriers have already started taking pre-registrations for the upcoming BlackBerry 10 OS powered handset. Walmart Canada has also joined the club. A few hours ago, Dennis reported that select Walmart stores are accepting pre-orders in the Canada right now. The first BB10 handset is expected to go for sale in the Canada on February 28th for a whipping price tag of $799.
We will see how many BlackBerry 10 devices are officially announced on January 30th at a special event in New York City.
