According to leaked roadmap by a Frenche carrier SFR, Android 4.0.5 Ice Cream Sandwich OS will be rolled out for the Samsung Galaxy nexus, Nexus S handsets, Android 4.0 ICS update for Galaxy S II and HTC Sensation handsets sometime in March.
