With activation of a new 2-year contract, Best Buy offers the Samsung Galaxy Nexus for free. Verizon is still selling it for $99 on contract. So, it’s a total steal especially for a brand new Nexus phone that comes preinstalled with Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich OS and soon it will be upgradeable to Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean OS.
