Finally, Dell Venue Pro started shipping. Dell will be offering Venue Pro smartphones(powered by Windows Phone 7) to the customers who ordered it on or before December 14th. Dell has confirmed that these customers will receive their Venue Pro handsets before Christmas, who ordered it before December 14, yesterday. Dell was actually destined to start shipping from Dec 9th, but it has been delaying again and again. Customers have been patiently waiting for this phone to get a steady shipping schedule.
Some folks were being told January 6th is the shipping date and it could be correct for some but not all, as shipping times vary by the customer and the date they placed an order. Anyhow, customers who ordered it after Dec 14th, Dell suggesting them that “use the Estimated Delivery Date to understand when you will receive it.”

So all customers who ordered the Venue Pro on or before Tuesday, December 14 will receive their phones before Christmas and a free Plantronics Explorer 240 Bluetooth headset. Christmas wishes really do come true.
