Today, there are reports coming in for a leak of the Android 4.1.1 Jelly bean build N7000XXLS2 which is meant for the Samsung Galaxy Note. It seems users were able to install this version to their Galaxy Notes successfully.
This newly leaked firmware based on Android 4.1.1 for the original Galaxy Note (GT-N7000) is labeled as ‘N7000XXLS2’. This firmware is a completely unbranded official firmware update leak and can be installed on almost every Galaxy Note N7000 (except China, Taiwan, Hong Kong versions).
This firmware includes additional features such as S pen cursor air view, new gallery, screen lock, Google Now, expandable notifications and project Butter. Unfortunately, it excludes the salient feature that all of us have our eyes on is the multi-view feature in Galaxy Note 2. But the publication reports that Samsung is currently working on version N7000XXLS3. So, you can expect it to be included in the next firmware update.
