Good news for the Apple iPhone users. Have you updated your Facebook app on your iOS running iPhone device? Company has rolled out an update for its Facebook application on iOS platform, the latest update includes the ability for you to view your profile as a Timeline, which is an “incredible” feature. Timeline is built to be manipulated on a touch screen. Facebook v1.4 for iPhone is carrying the following features.
# The events will be displayed chronologically.
# Brings access to friend lists, subscribers and subscriptions.
# Faster response, better performance.
# Users can easily view, upload and comment on photos now.
iPhone users need to ensure their profiles have already activated Timeline on Facebook here: http://www.facebook.com/about/timeline. Now you need to update your app and load profile page to see it. iPad’s Facebook app has been also updated to v1.4, but the Timeline feature has yet to be added to the iPad edition. Facebook should also include the Timeline feature to its Windows Phone based app and release it for our Windows Phone friends.
