As we reported earlier, the Samsung-made Google Nexus S 4G smartphone has finally made its entry to the Sprint customers. This handset is now one of the nicest mobile phones that Sprint customers would have the opportunity to purchase from their wireless carrier, with a price tag of $199.99 on contract. Customers can grab it from Best Buy for $50 less at $149.99. The eco-friendly Samsung Replenish also available for $499.99 only starting from today.
The WiMax-capable Nexus S on Sprint is the same original Nexus S that has released in December, 2010, except the addition of WiMax 4G radio and a slightly different backing.
The Nexus S 4G will sport a 1GHz Samsung application processor, 4-inch Super AMOLED contour display (curved glass), 3G/4G Mobile Hotspot capability (supporting up to six Wi-Fi enabled devices simultaneously), 512MB ROM, 16GB internal storage, five-megapixel rear-facing camera, VGA front-facing webcam, WiFi b/g/n, GPS, Bluetooth 2.1, NFC and 1500mAh battery, all running on Google Android 2.3 Gingerbread.
