HP TouchPad (32GB) To Cost $599.99 At Walmart?

HP has officially introduced its first ever tablet, the HP TouchPad powered by webOS in early February at an HP event. But since then, HP has been mute about its price tag and haven’t yet announced anything about when it is planning to release it. However, the folks over PreCentral have managed to get a leaked memo, which is suggesting that Walmart is planning to sell the HP TouchPad 32GB variant with a price tag of $599.99, and it is a Wi-Fi only edition. 32GB variant pricing on par with Samsung’s revamped Galaxy tab 10.1 32GB, BB PlayBook 32GB pricing of Wi-Fi only editions.

We’ve also got the price values of the HP TouchPad’s various accessories – webOS keyboard for TouchPad goes for $69.88, Touchstone dock/stand for $79.88, and the first party TouchPad goes for $49.88, and the AC charger will set you back at $29.88.

HP TouchPad is expected to be hitting in late June or in early July, according to previous rumors, and this tablet has recently passed through the FCC doors.
