Rejoice HTC Aria users of AT&T. As promised earlier, HTC Aria now can be upgraded to long awaited Android 2.2 Froyo OS. The update has just been posted on the HTC support page. The update will require HTC Sync in order to run the Froyo update and it will put the device through a hard reset. Its’ not the Over-the-air (OTA) update. AT&T’s Samsung Captivate also can be updated to Android 2.2 Froyo OS.
