Word showed up a few hours ago that another new firmware update is now rolling out for the quad-core processor equipped HTC One X handset. But, the manufacturer has yet to confirm about it and we also don’t have the detailed changelog of the new update, which is being referred with the software version 1.29.401.7.
Accoridng to the reports from members over at XDA Developers Forum, the update weighs in at around 35MB of size and it fixes the color temperature issues, intermittent Wi-Fi disconnection issues and other typical bugs.
The latest firmware update 1.29.401.7 is being rolled out for the internal version of the unlocked HTC One X handsets. If you own an international HTC One X handset and haven’t updated to the new firmware yet, look for an OTA notification in the next few days or hit Settings –> AT&T Software Update –> Check for updates.
Or else you can download the update.zip file from here, which is not flashable. For full info and instructions head over to source link.
