China based Huawei has just announced its mid-range Android powered handset Huawei IDEOS X5. The handset comes with brush-metal covered body in a 3.8 inch capacitive touch screen display with a resolution of 480 x 800 and pre-loaded with Android 2.2 Froyo running on 800MHz Qualcomm chipset.
Huawei IDEOS X5 has equipped with a 5 Megapixels camera with LED flash and 720p HD video shooting capability. Connectivity wise, IDEOS X5 will feature HSPA, Wi-Fi b/g/n, Bluetooth & GPS. It is having 4GB of internal storage with a micro-SD expansion slot, flash player 10.1 compatibility, and it has an 1500 mAh power of battery for 50 hours music playing.

Huawei IDEOS X5 will launch in Hong Kong, New Zealand and Singapore in this January between 13th and 19th – including the U.S release to follows. No pricing confirmation from Huawei. More images after the break for you.
