Huawei, one of the leading tech giants from China, has set its sights on launching its highly anticipated P60 series of flagship smartphones as well as the Huawei Mate X3, a flagship foldable device, in March of this year. Huawei P60 and Mate X3 Launching This Month
Earlier this year, Huawei gave a sneak peek of the Huawei P60 series and the Huawei Mate X3 foldable, hinting that both devices would be launched together in March 2023. With the launch event just around the corner, it seems highly probable that the Mate X3 will make its debut alongside the P60 series.
The launch of these new devices will be a major event for Huawei, as the company seeks to further cement its position as a major player in the highly competitive smartphone market. Guan also reiterated his previous post that the event will not only showcase smartphones but also other smart tech ecosystem devices such as the Huawei FreeBuds 5 wireless earphones, the Huawei Watch 4 smartwatch, and the Huawei Band 7 smart fitness band.
Huawei P60 series features
Based in the previous reports, the upcoming Huawei P60 Pro is expected to feature a large 6.6-inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 1440p resolution. The smartphone will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, but due to restrictions imposed on Huawei, it will only support 4G connectivity. However, the P60 Pro will boast impressive charging capabilities with support for 100W wired and 50W wireless charging, and a long-lasting 5,000mAh battery.
The Huawei P60 series is expected to showcase the latest technologies and features, bringing a fresh vibe to the brand.
