Indian iQOO Neo 7 features 12GB LPDDR5, 256GB UFS 3.1 Storage

  

iQOO Neo 7 will ve launched vivo sub brand iQOO on February 16 in India. This as already been listed on Amazon India and iQOO India websites, gradually revealing the important features of the handset day by day. The iQOO Neo 7 would be the first smartphone in India to ship with the Dimensity 8200 chipset onboard. It i basically the rebranded version of the Neo 7 SE handset, which made its China debut in last month.

The landing page for the iQOO Neo 7 has revealed what the type of RAM and storage it will be equipped with. According to the listing, the device will have LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. You will also get 8 gigabytes of virtual RAM through Extended RAM 3.0 technology.

While we await for an official launch of the device in India, the iQOO Neo 7 has passed through AnTuTu, revealing key specs in the process, and scored the highest point, surpassing Dimensity 8100, and Snapdragon 870 chipsets powered unspecified handsets. The iQOO Neo 7 scored 893,690 points on AnTuTu, has the Dimensity 8200 2 SoC under the hood with 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage onboard. There could be also lower base model of the device with 8GB + 128GB configuration.

The iQOO Neo 7 ships with a 6.78-inch AMOLED E5 display with Full HD+ resolution, offering a 120Hz refresh rate, and an under-display fingerprint sensor. Amazon India also confirmed that the device will have 3D cooling system and 120W fast charging. We already know it has an OIS-enabled triple camera unit on the back, and the device will be sold in black and blue colors.
