The Nokia 701 is the new Symbian Belle OS versioned smartphone and the it is touted to be having brightest screen in the world to date.
Nokia 701 comes pre-installed with the new Symbian Belle OS, featuring a 3.5-inch IPS LCD display with ClearBlack technology delivering 360 X 640 pixels of resolution, 1GHz single-core ARM 11 processor inside, 8 megapixel camera with dual-LED which can record 720p HD videos, an additional front-facing VGA camera to make video calls, 8GB built-in memory, microSD card slot for memory expansion support up to 32GB, quad-band GSM & penta-band 3G support with HSPA, FM radio, 3.5mm headset jack, A-GPS, micro USB 2.0, Bluetooth 3.0, 802.11 Wi-Fi b/g/n connectivity, accelerometer, magnetometer and a whole host of the Nokia & the carrier services. Its 1300mAh battery is rated for 6.75 hours of talk time and 551 hours of standby time in 3G mode.
