Symbian OS powered Nokia C5-03 is now getting a new firmware update, and the update is being treated with version number 12.0.023. However, Nokia hasn’t officially confirmed about this latest firmware update. Owners of the Nokia C5-03 handsets can install the new firmware update over OTA (Over-The-Air) or via Nokia’s Software Updater application, Ovi Suite on Windows PC . The new update brings a set of improved enhancements to the OS.

Installation Procedure:
The Nokia C5-03 handset comes with User Data Preservation (UDP) support, but still it would be safer to have back up of all the data in the handset before you start proceeding with the installation of the new software. Users can also opt for the new firmware update by going to through Applications –> Software Update –> Select the appropriate software. The new firmware update weighs in at 2825 kb of size. After the completion of downloading and installing the new update, the software version should be shown as 12.0.023.
