Most of the Nokia Lumia 800 owners aren’t satisfied with the handset’s and have been claiming that the handset is not having enough juice to make it through the day. Good news is the Finnish company already rolling out a new software update for one of its first Windows Phone 7 smartphones. Nokia has confirmed that starting today, the update will roll out over the next couple of weeks where the phone is available. The new firmware update will carry the following enhancements and bug fixes.
# Slightly-improved battery life (Hopefully it refers to a decrease in charging time).
# Voicemail notification improvement.
# Replying to mail improved for Microsoft Exchange 2003 users.
# Improved display switching in bright light.
# Improved audio quality.
We are not sure what the firmware version will be coming to Lumia 800 along with this update. But, according to the reports, the new firmware update reports are as follows:

The Nokia Lumia 800 handset can be upgraded with new firmware update through Microsoft Zune client. Download Microsoft Zune Software (hit the link) and install it on your PC machine. Now, you need to plugin the Nokia Lumia 800 handset to a PC machine and launch the Zune program –> got o Settings –> Phone –> Update –> If update found –> Follow the onscreen instructions and keep the Lumia 800 phone plugged in until you get the notification saying “Your phone has been updated” on your phone and Zune client.
