91mobiles has provided an exclusive sneak peek at the Find N3 Flip, Oppo’s highly-anticipated clamshell foldable smartphone of the next generation. While the overall design remains largely unchanged, notable enhancements have been introduced with the inclusion of additional hardware components.
Samsung is diligently preparing for the upcoming launch of the Galaxy Z Flip5, scheduled for next month. One of the key highlights of this release will be the significantly enlarged outer screen. It’s worth noting that Oppo’s Find N2 Flip, which made its international debut earlier this year, was the pioneer in introducing a flip-style foldable with a spacious cover display. Despite being a relatively recent addition to the market, Oppo is reportedly already engaged in the development of its successor.
Yesterday, an intriguing render showcasing the highly anticipated Oppo Find N3 Flip has been leaked, giving us a glimpse of its stunning design. Below, you can feast your eyes on the render that has been unveiled. According to 91mobiles, this render is derived from the design of an engineering validation testing (EVT) prototype, adding further credibility to its authenticity.
The Find N2 Flip created quite a buzz upon its release six months ago, thanks to its notable large cover display. However, in the rapidly evolving world of foldable smartphones, competitors have since caught up or even surpassed its capabilities in this aspect. The most recent contender to outshine the Find N2 Flip in terms of cover display size is the Razr 40 Ultra. It appears that manufacturers are consistently pushing the boundaries to offer users larger and more immersive cover screens with each new iteration.
Oppo Find N3 Flip Render Leak Confirms Added Camera Lens
It appears that Oppo has chosen not to participate in the screen enlargement competition pursued by Motorola and Samsung this year, as the outer screen of the Find N3 Flip seems to closely resemble that of its predecessor, the Find N2 Flip. However, Oppo has made a notable upgrade in the camera department for the Find N3 Flip. The addition of a third camera is evident, while the overall positioning of the cameras remains similar to what we observed in the N2 Flip, with the new sensor being the noticeable addition.
The Find N3 Flip maintains the same elegant matte black finish as its predecessor, although it remains uncertain whether Oppo has planned any other color options for the device.
Visually, the only discernible change between the backs of the Find N2 Flip and Find N3 Flip is the addition of an extra camera lens on the latter. According to reports, the Find N3 Flip and Reno10 Pro are expected to feature comparable camera hardware. The Reno10 Pro is equipped with similar primary, ultra-wide-angle, and front-facing cameras as the Find N2 Flip.
This suggests that the Find N3 Flip may introduce a 32 MP telephoto camera with 2x optical zoom to enhance its camera setup, expanding on the capabilities of its predecessor. This additional zoom capability is a significant enhancement compared to the camera configuration of the N2 Flip.
According to the available information, the remaining specifications of the Find N3 Flip are expected to be largely similar to its predecessor, the Find N2 Flip. This does make the Find N3 Flip appear quite similar to its predecessor, with the primary differentiating factor being the addition of a telephoto camera. It’s possible that Oppo has identified the absence of a telephoto camera as a key improvement area based on user feedback.
Unfortunately, the exact launch date of the Find N3 Flip is currently unclear. However, we’ll keep you updated as soon as more information becomes available. Stay tuned for further updates on the Find N3 Flip’s release.
