The Realme 10 we saw in official teasers last week will be launched in next week. Flipkart has already pit up a dedicated microblogging website for the device, revealing it will be available for sale in India from January 9th at 12:30 PM.
Flipkart says the Realme 10 is one of the most affordable smartphones, featuring a most powerful processor in the price segment, packing 8GB of RAM with 8GB of additional virtual RAM with dynamic RAM expansion feature. Under the hood, it will draw power from the MediaTek Helio G99 SoC, and Flipkart is calling it as a gaming chipset
The device comes shipped with a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED screen with a 20:9 aspect ratio and a refresh rate of 90Hz. It has a 360Hz touch sampling rate and supports “Always on Display (AOD)” feature. The screen also has Corning Gorilla glass protection, and 4096-level brightness adjustment. Internal storage option goes up to 256GB, which will be paired up with 4GB/8GB LPDDR4x RAM. It also packs a 5,000mAh battery which suports 33W SuperVOOC fast charging capabilities.
The Realme 10 comes with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, which is located on the power button of the device. There’s a 16MP shooter inside the punch-hole of the display, while the back side houses a 50 megapixel primary camera, along with a 2MP portrait sensor, and an LED flash. It naturally boots Android 12 OS with Realme UI 3.0.
The other remaining specs are including a 3.5mm headphone jack, a USB Type-C connector, a microSD card slot, dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.1, and NFC. It measures 159.9 x 73.3 x 7.95 mm in size, and weighs about 178.5 grams. There is no word yet on the pricing options of the Realme 10. Hopefully, we will get that info in the coming days.
