After rolling out the Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich OS update for the Motorola Xoom Wi-Fi and GSM capable T-Mobile branded Google Nexus S handsets, the search giant has announced on its Google+ page that they also started pushing out the Android 4.0.4 ICS update for the Samsung Galaxy Nexus GSM handset. Sorry, no luck for Verizon Galaxy Nexus LTE handsets yet. But, it is being heard that Galaxy Nexus LTE will be getting Android 4.0.5 in the coming weeks or else the same Android 4.0.4 build will be rolled out in the coming days. Sprint Nexus 4G owners have been rocking the leaked Android 4.0.4 ICS build since late January.
Android 4.0.4 ICS update is also carrying the stability improvements, better camera performance, smoother screen rotation, improved phone number recognition and more features.
