Heads up Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 customers in Germany. There’s an update available for your tablet. Samsung just started rolling out a new firmware update for the German version of the Galaxy Note 10.1, bringing Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean goodies along with other enhancements including Google Now and Project Butter.The OTA update weighs in at 300MB and it bumps the build number up to JRO03C and the baseband version also bumps up to N8000XXBLJ9.

According to the users reports, the new update improves performance, adding the improved S Pen functionality with Quick commands that was introduced with the Galaxy Note II phablet. Users will be also getting a set of apps including Pop Up Play, Paper Artist and Mini apps.

If you’ve got a German based Note 10.1 tablet and just can’t wait enjoy Jelly Bean goodies on your device, you can manually check for the update by heading into Settings > > About device > Software update > Update. Remember the update is currently rolling out for the GT-N8000 models only. There is no sign of other regions also getting it right now. Hopefully, the update will be also made available in other parts of the world quiet soon.
