The Samsung Galaxy Pocket Neo was already reported to be announced very soon but it was not clear in which markets, the mid-range smartphone will be available. The Samsung Galaxy Pocket Neo has been officially announced in the UK. The smartphone will be officially hitting the store in mid-May in the region.

The Samsung Galaxy Pocket Neo sports a 3.0-inch display with QVGA resolution, 2MP camera, and more. In terms of connectivity, the device supports Bluetooth version 4.0, USB 2.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n and A-GPS. It measures 104.95 × 57.8 ×11.8mm in dimension and supports 3G network. It sports 4GB of internal storage which is expandable up to 32GB via microSD slot. Google’s Android 4.1 Jelly Bean will be running the Samsung Galaxy Pocket Neo so that Smart Rotation, Samsung’s own Cloud services, Direct Call, Smart Stay and Pop-up Play, Google Now, and more features may be accessible to the users.

The Samsung Galaxy Pocket Neo is expected to be offered in two versions; one is dual-SIM variant with model GT-S5312 and another is a single-SIM variant (GT-S5310).

The device will be available starting from mid-May in the UK from the Samsung Experience Store at Westfield Stratford City and others.

More details regarding the official price tag will emerge when the availability comes nearer.
