Please be aware of that it is the Wi-Fi Only edition only, not the 3G or 4G variant. Galaxy Tab 10.1 Wi-Fi edition has first gone for exclusive sale in Union Square Best Buy at NYC on June 8th, and we’ve also reported about the Best Buy’s pre-order availability of this edition. Hope you’ve ordered it already. All the Best Buy stores in the U.S. now have started shipping and selling Sammy’s Galaxy Tab 10.1 Wi-Fi. The tablet will ship with the latest version of Google’s tablet OS — Android 3.1 Honeycomb update with several key issues have been addressed. Unfortunately, the TouchWiz interface will be an optional download in the near future. TouchWiz UX is the tablet edition of Samsung’s own Android UI with its Mini App tray, and Live Panel.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 isn’t having the Micro-SD card slot for memory expansion, but Samsung has assured that users can purchase an optional SD card adapter is available “as part of the USB adapter / connection kit and enables SD card connectivity to the tablet.”
