T-Mobile’s Samsung Vibrant(SGH-t959) now can be upgradable to Android 2.2 Froyo through Samsung’s Kies mini software. Remember that you can’t do this over-the-air update, but some user friendly step-by step instructions are provided to get you the Froyo dessert for your beloved Galaxy S phone. The froyo update will give you many improvements, enhancements, modifications, fixes and some additions of Samsung Media Hub and Message alert features.

The Kies Mini software is weighing 36.2MB of size. Download and do a full installation of the Kies Mini software on your PC and connect your vibrant to PC. The PC will recognize the handset. Open the Kies Mini application now –> Click Phone Upgrade.

  1. Downloaded froyo update for Vibrant last night, now my Web browser does not work, ( constant force closes) had to download Dolphin Browser from market to get online. Don’t know what to do BEWARE
