Sony Xperia Nyphon (Nypon) Specs, Images Surfaced; First Sony Phone?


Sony has officially announced that it will drop “Ericsson” out of the Sony Ericsson brand and Sony is about focus on smartphones under its own brand. For the first time now, we are seeing a Sony branded (without Ericsson) handset. The folks over SEMC Blog have the first set of of hands-on pictures of the first Sony handset, which is known as the Sony LT22. The source is also claiming that handset as Sony Xperia Nyphon (or it could be ‘Nypon’). Looks wise, the handset is looking stunning. The source has provided the rumored specs of the Sony Nyphon (Nypon) handset.

There is no word on the release date and price info of the Sony Xperia Nyphon handset. Hopefully, we will see it to get officially announced at the CES event in early 2012. Another image after teh break.
